Now, even Western medical professionals acknowledge that a regular yoga practice reduces stress, increases productivity and contributes to greater clarity and focus of mind, as well as improving flexibility, core strength and overall wellness.

I offer yoga classes to businesses, nonprofits and other agencies onsite. Classes can take place before working hours, during lunch or in the evenings. Employees who attend these classes also get access to weekly online videos with pointers for “yoga at your desk” and mindfulness meditations.
